Clinic History
Drs. David and DeAnne Witherspoon returned to Arkansas after their military careers in the United States Air Force. They joined an ophthalmology clinic in Mountain Home, AR, and then Ft. Smith, AR, before coming to NWA in 1990. They have established their practice of optometry in Rogers for the last 20 years. They consider their practice to be service oriented. They meet the individual needs of their patients while adhering to strict standard of care practiced in today's world of advancing and ever-changing medical technology. Drs. Witherspoon received the July 2007 Small Business of the Month from the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce
Drs. David and DeAnne are the only doctors in Arkansas to attain the Optometric Recognition Award for nearly 20 consecutive years. The ORA award is given to those doctors of optometry who reach the highest level of continuing education among their peers. |
